Today was a good day. Sat around for a bit at home, did the dishes (yuck, I hate the smeeeeell) and vacuumed the rug in our dining room, and then got to go see Avatar with my best friend Justin (Yes, my name is Justine. T_T)! The movie as a whole was spectacular. The visual effects were absolutely stunning, and all of the creatures were a wonderful mixture of colorful and creatively designed. The whole ebb and flow of it wasn't quite what I was expecting, but it blew me away. <3 I will say no more, as I don't want to include anything other than it was fucking awesome and you need to see it, which you do.

Christmas is only four days away. @_@ In many ways it both does and doesn't feel like that should be possible. One because this year went by SO FAST for me and two... well, I don't know. It's been such a mild year overall, at least weather-wise (Michigan you'z crazeh).

I need to get my ass in gear and write more often, and by writing I mean actual drabbles instead of RPs. Because I seem to be sitting in front of my computer ALL DAY thanks to some peeps. You know who you are. But I will let you all know it's some pretty hawt stuff. Some of it may or may not involve a hologram of Sideswipe giving Leo a throat full of hickeys among other things. Lawl. Can't wait for Sam and Mikaela to see those. 83

I plan on working on the fic I have started on Tracks/Sunny for the tf_rare_pairing comm so I can earn sommore buttons! 8D Need to earn the writing merit.

Also, speaking of rare pairings, I am so glad that people like the idea of Sideswipe and Leo! ^_^ I think they mix well together and I'm glad they're catching on at least a bit here and there. <333

I'm becoming monumentally irritated with this chick at work.

For those of you who don't know, I work at a local chain pet store. There are only four of our stores around this area and that's it, but we do pretty well considering there's a Petsmart and a Petco and a Pet Supplies Plus all around us (Not that they know how to take care of their animals worth beans, but that's a whole other rant), and we only have... I think ten or eleven employees at our location, so I feel a little lucky that I work there (other times not so much).

Anyway, this new chick started working here about two months ago. I don't know why Cory hired her, she doesn't know shit about animals. She's just another person to come up and ask us a question, only with the customer tailing off her instead of the customer coming directly to us. She sits down almost every time we're at the front counter, and I'm entirely surprised than Dan hasn't blown up at her for it. She also, this is the zinger for me, always asks for time off. She's ALWAYS texting me, I swear, every friday, for me to switch hours with her or for me to come in just a few hours earlier so she can do what the hell ever. She doesn't go to college and she only works here and one other place, and then she spends the money she does get on drinking afterwards. I don't know how old she is, probably around 20-21. I'm 19, and I find this ridiculous. She's asked for more time off in the two months that she's been here than most people in the store have ever. She shouldn't even have RIGHTS to ask for time off yet!

She just texted me this morning at like eight thirty, which I was SLEEPING, and asked if I would trade hours with her by coming in at noon and then she could work for me at three, which is STUPID because I work until nine and she'd have only covered three of my hours. So I would have had to go in at noon, leave at three, come BACK at six and then leave again when we close at nine. Uhm, no. You're stupid. I didn't even respond to her text and I don't feel bad at all.

*SIGH* ...anyone else have problems at work? ;_;
